Nutty Ginger Smoothie with Seeds
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp mixed seeds
- small handful cashews
- cashew milk
- 1 small banana
- 2cm fresh ginger
- 1 tsp tahini
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp cacao powder
- 1 date
Preparation
Place 1 tablespoon of mixed seeds and a small handful of cashews in the blender beaker, cover with cashew milk, and leave to soak for a couple of hours or overnight.
Add 1 small banana, 2cm of fresh ginger, 1 teaspoon of tahini, 1 tablespoon of chia seeds, 1 tablespoon of cacao powder, and 1 date.
Cover with cashew milk and blend until thick, creamy, and smooth.
