Nutty Ginger Smoothie with Seeds

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp mixed seeds
  • small handful cashews
  • cashew milk
  • 1 small banana
  • 2cm fresh ginger
  • 1 tsp tahini
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 date

Preparation

  1. Place 1 tablespoon of mixed seeds and a small handful of cashews in the blender beaker, cover with cashew milk, and leave to soak for a couple of hours or overnight.

  2. Add 1 small banana, 2cm of fresh ginger, 1 teaspoon of tahini, 1 tablespoon of chia seeds, 1 tablespoon of cacao powder, and 1 date.

  3. Cover with cashew milk and blend until thick, creamy, and smooth.
