Cherry Avocado and Cashew Butter Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup frozen cherries
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 small frozen/fresh banana
  • 2cm fresh ginger
  • 1 tsp cashew butter
  • 1 heaped tbsp mixed seeds (sesame, flax, pumpkin, sunflower)
  • 250ml cashew milk

Preparation

  1. Blend until smooth

  2. It’s not overly sweet and would make a great smoothie bowl too, with a little less liquid
