Cherry Avocado and Cashew Butter Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup frozen cherries
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 small frozen/fresh banana
- 2cm fresh ginger
- 1 tsp cashew butter
- 1 heaped tbsp mixed seeds (sesame, flax, pumpkin, sunflower)
- 250ml cashew milk
Preparation
Blend until smooth
It’s not overly sweet and would make a great smoothie bowl too, with a little less liquid
