Raspberry Cherry Cashew Butter Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1/4 cup frozen cherries
  • 1 banana or small avocado
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds and 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds soaked in 5 tbsp nut milk
  • 2 cm chunk fresh ginger
  • 1 tsp cashew butter
  • Plant-based milk (to fill blender)

Preparation

  1. Soak 1 tbsp chia seeds and 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds in 5 tbsp nut milk for the desired time.

  2. Add the frozen raspberries, frozen cherries, banana or avocado, vanilla extract, fresh ginger, cashew butter, and the soaked seed mixture to the blender.

  3. Fill the blender with plant-based milk, such as cashew milk.

  4. Blend until smooth.
