Cherry Avocado Cashew Butter Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup frozen cherries
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 small frozen or fresh banana
- 2 cm fresh ginger
- 1 tsp cashew butter
- 1 heaped tbsp mixed seeds (sesame, flax, pumpkin, sunflower)
- 250 ml cashew milk
Preparation
Blend all ingredients until smooth.
Note: This smoothie is not overly sweet and can be made into a smoothie bowl with less liquid.
