Cherry Avocado Cashew Butter Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup frozen cherries
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 small frozen or fresh banana
  • 2 cm fresh ginger
  • 1 tsp cashew butter
  • 1 heaped tbsp mixed seeds (sesame, flax, pumpkin, sunflower)
  • 250 ml cashew milk

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth.

  2. Note: This smoothie is not overly sweet and can be made into a smoothie bowl with less liquid.
