Chocolate Mint Ginger Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1/2 banana
- 3 tbsp oats
- 1 tbsp mixed seeds
- 6 fresh mint leaves
- 2cm piece fresh ginger
- 1 tbsp cacao powder
- 2 slightly whizzened dates
- 1/3 cup water
- 1/3 cup plant based milk
Preparation
Blend all ingredients until smooth.
You can use either mint or ginger to adjust the flavor.
