Chocolate Mint Ginger Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1/2 banana
  • 3 tbsp oats
  • 1 tbsp mixed seeds
  • 6 fresh mint leaves
  • 2cm piece fresh ginger
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder
  • 2 slightly whizzened dates
  • 1/3 cup water
  • 1/3 cup plant based milk

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth.

  2. You can use either mint or ginger to adjust the flavor.
