Easy Mocha Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients
- 1 frozen banana
- 6 coconut milk ice cubes
- 1/2 cup cashew milk yogurt (or any kind)
- 1 packet sunalchemy mocha latte mix (or 2 tbsp cacao powder and a shot of espresso)
- pinch of salt
- almond milk to blend
Toppings
- bananas
- @sunbutter
- cacao nibs
Preparation
Blend everything together, adding more or less milk as needed.
Scoop into a bowl.
Top with bananas, sunbutter, and cacao nibs.
Eat.
