Easy Mocha Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 6 coconut milk ice cubes
  • 1/2 cup cashew milk yogurt (or any kind)
  • 1 packet sunalchemy mocha latte mix (or 2 tbsp cacao powder and a shot of espresso)
  • pinch of salt
  • almond milk to blend

Toppings

  • bananas
  • @sunbutter
  • cacao nibs

Preparation

  1. Blend everything together, adding more or less milk as needed.

  2. Scoop into a bowl.

  3. Top with bananas, sunbutter, and cacao nibs.

  4. Eat.
