Refreshing Mint Chocolate Chip Smoothie Blend

Ingredients

  • 1 large frozen banana
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 1/2 cup mint leaves
  • 1/2 cup frozen spinach
  • 1 tbsp cacao nibs or chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp vanilla protein
  • 1/4 tsp mint extract

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.

  2. Blend until smooth.

  3. Optionally, if omitting mint leaves, add more mint extract for stronger flavor.

  4. Top the smoothie with coconut yogurt and cacao nibs.
