Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1.5 c almond milk
  • 1 scoop protein
  • 1 tbsp cocoa
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • Pinch of salt

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender

  2. Blend on high speed until smooth
