Cacao Avocado Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

Smoothie base

  • 1 large banana
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 2 dates
  • 1 tsp cashew butter
  • 1 to 2 tbsp cacao powder
  • 2 tbsp Pumpkin & chia protein powder
  • Splash of plant based milk

Toppings

  • granola
  • blueberries
  • banana
  • crushed dark chocolate
  • cashew butter
  • chocolate syrup

Preparation

  1. Blend until smooth

  2. Spoon into bowl and top with granola, blueberries, banana, crushed dark chocolate, cashew butter and a drizzle of chocolate syrup
