Cacao and Ginger Smoothie Bowl Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 2 small bananas
  • 1 thumb nail sized piece of fresh ginger
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 heaped tbsp of cacao powder
  • 1 tsp of almond butter
  • A splash of plant based milk

Toppings

  • cacao and coconut granola
  • almond butter
  • a few small date caramel slices
  • blueberries
  • a chunk of coconut chocolate

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth.

  2. Add the mixture to a bowl.

  3. Spoon over the toppings: cacao and coconut granola, almond butter, a few small date caramel slices, blueberries, and a chunk of coconut chocolate.
