Blueberry and Banana Porridge with Cashew Butter

Ingredients

  • 1/2 banana
  • 2 handfuls blueberries
  • mix of oat milk and water
  • oats

Toppings

  • bananas
  • walnuts
  • forest fruit chia jam
  • dark chocolate for drizzling

Preparation

  1. Combine oats, cashew butter, banana, blueberries, and a mix of oat milk and water in a pot

  2. Cook the mixture on medium heat until porridge is creamy, stirring occasionally

  3. In a separate pan, cook sliced bananas with maple syrup to make hot maple bananas

  4. Top the cooked porridge with hot maple bananas, walnuts, forest fruit chia jam, and a drizzle of melted dark chocolate
