Blueberry and Banana Porridge with Cashew Butter
Ingredients
- 1 heaped teaspoon cashew butter
- 1/2 banana
- 2 handfuls blueberries
- mix of oat milk and water
- oats
Toppings
- bananas
- walnuts
- forest fruit chia jam
- dark chocolate for drizzling
Preparation
Combine oats, cashew butter, banana, blueberries, and a mix of oat milk and water in a pot
Cook the mixture on medium heat until porridge is creamy, stirring occasionally
In a separate pan, cook sliced bananas with maple syrup to make hot maple bananas
Top the cooked porridge with hot maple bananas, walnuts, forest fruit chia jam, and a drizzle of melted dark chocolate
