Banana and Almond Butter Oatmeal Delight
Ingredients
- 1/2 banana
- 40g oats
- 1 tsp almond butter
- Boiled water
- Maple syrup (optional)
- Blueberries
- Toasted walnuts
- Mixed seeds
- Dark chocolate
Preparation
In a bowl, combine the oats and almond butter.
Add boiling water to the bowl, covering the oats and almond butter mixture. Stir well and let it sit for a few minutes to thicken.
In a pan, fry the sliced banana in a drizzle of maple syrup or oil of your choice until golden and caramelized. Set aside.
Once the oats have thickened, give them a good stir and transfer them to a serving bowl.
Top the oatmeal with the pan-fried banana slices.
Sprinkle blueberries, toasted walnuts, and mixed seeds over the oatmeal.
Drizzle a bit of dark chocolate over the top for a decadent touch.
