Chocolate Blueberry and Cardamom Porridge

Ingredients

  • Oats
  • 1 tbsp cacao powder
  • large handful blueberries
  • seeds from cardamom pod
  • plant-based milk

Toppings

  • almond butter
  • walnuts
  • blueberries
  • choc button
  • granola

Preparation

  1. Cook the oats, cacao powder, blueberries, cardamom seeds, and plant-based milk slowly while stirring.

  2. Note that the hot blueberries may burst for added flavor.

  3. Top the porridge with almond butter, walnuts, additional blueberries, a chocolate button, and a scattering of granola.
