Chocolate and Cardamom Overnight Porridge
Ingredients
- 1 cup oats
- 1 tbsp cacao powder
- Seeds from 1 cardamom pod
- Small handful mixed seeds
- 1 cup plant-based milk
- 1/2 cup plant-based milk
- Granola
- Berries
- Fruit
- Chocolate drizzle
Preparation
Before bed, in a pan, add the oats, cacao powder, cardamom seeds, and mixed seeds.
Pour over 1 cup plant-based milk, stir, cover, and leave to soak overnight.
In the morning, add 1/2 cup more plant-based milk.
Heat slowly over the hob, stirring continuously.
Spoon into a bowl and add granola, berries, fruit, and chocolate drizzle.
