Refreshing Detox Smoothie with Peppermint and Cacao

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup peppermint tea
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 handful fresh spinach
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 tbsp raw cacao
  • 1 tbsp SpiraVeg Fresh Spirulina
  • 1 tsp raw honey or maple syrup to taste (optional)
  • pinch of cinnamon

Preparation

  1. Make 1/2 cup of peppermint tea the night before and chill it in the fridge.

  2. Add coconut milk, banana, raw cacao, peppermint tea, honey, and cinnamon to a blender and blend until smooth.

  3. Add one cube of freshly frozen spirulina, allow it to thaw, then stir to mix completely.

  4. Enjoy the smoothie.
