Refreshing Detox Smoothie with Peppermint and Cacao
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup peppermint tea
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 1 handful fresh spinach
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 tbsp raw cacao
- 1 tbsp SpiraVeg Fresh Spirulina
- 1 tsp raw honey or maple syrup to taste (optional)
- pinch of cinnamon
Preparation
Make 1/2 cup of peppermint tea the night before and chill it in the fridge.
Add coconut milk, banana, raw cacao, peppermint tea, honey, and cinnamon to a blender and blend until smooth.
Add one cube of freshly frozen spirulina, allow it to thaw, then stir to mix completely.
Enjoy the smoothie.
