Blood Orange Beauty Boosting Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup frozen cauli
- 1/2 cup frozen sweet potato
- 2/3 cup water or almond milk
- 2 spoonfuls of the NEW @copina_co PRODUCT
- 2 big spoonfuls of your favorite protein powder (I’ve been loving @ripplefoods vanilla)
- 2 tbsp @navitasorganics cacao powder
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- Juice of 1/2 blood orange
Preparation
Blend all the ingredients together until smooth.
Top the smoothie with coconut shreds, rose petals (optional), and sliced blood orange.
