Ingredients
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup frozen cauli
- 1/2 cup frozen sweet potato
- 2/3 cup water or @newbarnorganics almond milk
- 2 big spoonfuls of your favorite protein powder
- 2 tbsp @navitasorganics cacao powder
