Spiced Fall Smoothie with Banana and Spices
Ingredients
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup frozen carrot
- 1/2 cup frozen sweet potato
- 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower
- 1 scoop Ripple Foods vanilla protein powder
- 1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2/3 cup water
Preparation
Blend all ingredients until smooth.
Top with banana, coconut, pistachios, bee pollen, and freeze-dried raspberries.
