Spiced Fall Smoothie with Banana and Spices

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen carrot
  • 1/2 cup frozen sweet potato
  • 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower
  • 1 scoop Ripple Foods vanilla protein powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2/3 cup water

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth.

  2. Top with banana, coconut, pistachios, bee pollen, and freeze-dried raspberries.
