Mint Chocolate Smoothie with Veggies and Mint

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/3 cup frozen sweet potato
  • 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower
  • 2/3 cup almond milk (Califia Farms)
  • 1 packet mint cacao protein powder (Nuzest USA)
  • 1 small handful fresh mint leaves
  • 2/3 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons cacao powder (Navitas Organics)
  • 1/2 tsp spirulina powder (Hawaiian Spirulina)
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth.

  2. Top with plant yogurt, granola, bee pollen, coconut shreds, and extra mint leaves.

  3. Note: Spirulina powder may sound unusual but it is not noticeable in taste.
