Mint Chocolate Smoothie with Veggies and Mint
Ingredients
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/3 cup frozen sweet potato
- 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower
- 2/3 cup almond milk (Califia Farms)
- 1 packet mint cacao protein powder (Nuzest USA)
- 1 small handful fresh mint leaves
- 2/3 cup water
- 2 tablespoons cacao powder (Navitas Organics)
- 1/2 tsp spirulina powder (Hawaiian Spirulina)
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
Preparation
Blend all ingredients until smooth.
Top with plant yogurt, granola, bee pollen, coconut shreds, and extra mint leaves.
Note: Spirulina powder may sound unusual but it is not noticeable in taste.
