Quick and Healthy Chocolate Sweet Potato Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup frozen cauli
- 1/2 cup frozen sweet potato
- 2/3 cup water or almond milk
- 2 big spoonfuls of your favorite protein powder (I used vital proteins collagen and alo chocolate powder)
- 2 tbsp cacao powder
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp moringa
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
Toppings
- figs
- kalejunkie’s grain-free granola
- coconut
- rose petals
Preparation
Blend all the ingredients together.
Top with figs, grain-free granola, coconut, and rose petals if desired.
