Quick and Healthy Chocolate Sweet Potato Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen cauli
  • 1/2 cup frozen sweet potato
  • 2/3 cup water or almond milk
  • 2 big spoonfuls of your favorite protein powder (I used vital proteins collagen and alo chocolate powder)
  • 2 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp moringa
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds

Toppings

  • figs
  • kalejunkie’s grain-free granola
  • coconut
  • rose petals

Preparation

  1. Blend all the ingredients together.

  2. Top with figs, grain-free granola, coconut, and rose petals if desired.
