Healthy Matcha Tahini Smoothie with Almond Milk

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup frozen cauliflower
  • 1 tsp culinary matcha from @jadeleafmatcha
  • 1 big scoop of your favorite protein powder
  • 1 tbsp tahini paste
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2/3 cup almond milk
  • Optional: 1/4 tsp He Shou Wu powder from @sunpotion

Preparation

  1. Use culinary grade matcha instead of ceremonial grade to save money.

  2. Blend all the ingredients together.

  3. Top with plant yogurt from @kitehillfoods, coconut, black sesame, and kiwi berries.
