Healthy Matcha Tahini Smoothie with Almond Milk
Ingredients
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup frozen cauliflower
- 1 tsp culinary matcha from @jadeleafmatcha
- 1 big scoop of your favorite protein powder
- 1 tbsp tahini paste
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 2/3 cup almond milk
- Optional: 1/4 tsp He Shou Wu powder from @sunpotion
Preparation
Use culinary grade matcha instead of ceremonial grade to save money.
Blend all the ingredients together.
Top with plant yogurt from @kitehillfoods, coconut, black sesame, and kiwi berries.
