Omega Almond Smoothie for One

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 2-3 tablespoons almond butter
  • 3 teaspoons silan date syrup
  • 1 heaped teaspoon lucuma powder
  • 3 teaspoons activated chia seeds

Preparation

  1. To activate chia seeds, add 1/4 cup seeds to 1 cup almond milk and leave overnight in the fridge.

  2. Blend the banana, almond milk, nut butter, date syrup and lucuma together.

  3. Add the activated chia seeds to the bottom of your serving glass.

  4. Top with the blended smoothie mix.
