Healthy Strawberry Smoothie Bowl with Almond Milk

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 heaping tbsp almond butter or cashew butter
  • 1 heaping tbsp coconut butter
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • Optional: 1 tsp shelled hemp seeds

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients together until smooth.

  2. Pour the mixture into a bowl.

  3. Top with additional fruit, nuts, and granola if desired.

  4. Enjoy the smoothie bowl, ideally under the sun.
