Healthy Smoothie Bowl with Berries and Banana

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup frozen mango
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 a banana
  • 1 tsp maca powder
  • 2 tsp chia seeds
  • 3/4 cup almond milk
  • 1 Tbsp almond butter

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients together until smooth.

  2. Pour into a bowl and top with yummy toppings like granola, puffed millet, dried fruit, coconut flakes, roasted nuts.
