Healthy Smoothie Bowl with Berries and Banana
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup frozen mango
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
- 1/2 a banana
- 1 tsp maca powder
- 2 tsp chia seeds
- 3/4 cup almond milk
- 1 Tbsp almond butter
Preparation
Blend all ingredients together until smooth.
Pour into a bowl and top with yummy toppings like granola, puffed millet, dried fruit, coconut flakes, roasted nuts.
