Carrot Cantaloupe Ginger Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 cup @addjoi almond or cashew milk
- 1/4 cup frozen mango
- 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower rice
- 1/4 cup cantaloupe
- 1 carrot, cut into 3-4 chunks (or shredded)
- 1 inch fresh ginger, peeled (or grated)
- 1 medjool date
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder (e.g., Amazing Grass Vanilla GLOW)
Preparation
Add all ingredients to a Vitamix blender and puree until smooth, thick, and creamy
Top with a sprinkle of Purely Elizabeth GF granola
