Carrot Cantaloupe Ginger Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup @addjoi almond or cashew milk
  • 1/4 cup frozen mango
  • 1/2 cup frozen cauliflower rice
  • 1/4 cup cantaloupe
  • 1 carrot, cut into 3-4 chunks (or shredded)
  • 1 inch fresh ginger, peeled (or grated)
  • 1 medjool date
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder (e.g., Amazing Grass Vanilla GLOW)

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to a Vitamix blender and puree until smooth, thick, and creamy

  2. Top with a sprinkle of Purely Elizabeth GF granola
