Mango Peach Vanilla Chia Fluff with Granola and Fruit

Ingredients

  • 1 cup oat milk
  • 2 heaping tablespoons chia seeds
  • approximately 1/4 cup oat milk
  • approximately 1/4 cup frozen peaches
  • approximately 1/4 cup frozen mango
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • dash of cinnamon

Toppings

  • granola
  • fresh fruit such as papaya and figs

Preparation

  1. Soak 1 cup of oat milk with 2 heaping tablespoons of chia seeds overnight.

  2. In the morning, add the soaked mixture to a blender.

  3. Add approximately 1/4 cup more oat milk, approximately 1/4 cup frozen peaches, approximately 1/4 cup frozen mango, 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder, and a dash of cinnamon to the blender.

  4. Blend the mixture well.

  5. Top with granola and fresh fruit.

  6. Note that the texture is similar to a smoothie bowl but even better.
