Vibrant Blue Smoothie Bowl with Spirulina

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/4 C frozen mango
  • 1/4 C frozen blueberries
  • handful of fresh mint
  • 1 tsp @simplyorganicfoods vanilla
  • 1/4 @ndmedjooldates date (or more! I don’t like things very sweet)
  • 1 tsp @kosnaturals blue Spirulina
  • 1/2 tsp @nature.restore butterfly pea powder
  • 1 tsp @manitobaharvest hemp seeds
  • 1/2 C @addjoi almond milk
  • 1/2 scoop @amazinggrass GLOW collagen protein (optional)

Toppings

  • papaya, cubed and drizzled with lime juice
  • unsweetened, dried coconut flakes

Preparation

  1. Place bowl in freezer to chill.

  2. Add all smoothie ingredients to a Vitamix blender. Purée until thick and smooth. Will need to use the temper and blend slowly as it will be super thick. If you don’t have a high speed blender you can use a food processor or add more liquid.

  3. Transfer to chilled bowl and top with toppings.
