Invigorating Purple Pitaya Smoothie with Tropical Toppings

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/3 C frozen mango
  • 4-5 frozen raspberries
  • 1 C @addjoi cashew milk
  • 1 TBSP @pitayafoods Pink Pitaya Powder
  • 1/2 tsp @kosnaturals Blue Spirulina
  • 1 tsp @simplyorganicfoods Madagascar Vanilla
  • 1/2 scoop @amazinggrass GLOW collagen (optional)

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to a Vitamix blender and puree until smooth. Pour into a glass.

  2. Optional to top with unsweetened flaked coconut, sliced mango, blueberries, and Purely Elizabeth granola.

Tips

  1. Use less milk to make the smoothie thicker and turn it into a nice cream version.
