Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1/3 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/3 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1/3 cup frozen mango
  • 1 tbsp @supernature_supermat raw cacao powder
  • 1/2 tsp @supernature_supermat rice bran
  • 1/2 tsp maca powder
  • oat or coconut milk
  • cold water
