Delicious Daily Smoothie with Frozen Fruits and Superfoods
Ingredients
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/3 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/3 cup frozen raspberries
- 1/3 cup frozen mango
- 1 tbsp @supernature_supermat raw cacao powder
- 1/2 tsp @supernature_supermat rice bran
- 1/2 tsp maca powder
- oat or coconut milk
- cold water
Preparation
