Vanilla Chia Pudding Raspberry Nice Cream Parfait
Ingredients
Chia pudding
- 35g chia seeds
- 15g vanilla protein
- 250ml non-dairy milk
Raspberry nice cream
- 1 large frozen banana
- 80g frozen raspberries
- 15g wild berry protein powder
- dash of non-dairy milk
Preparation
Soak the chia pudding ingredients in a jar overnight to prepare for layering.
In the morning, blitz the raspberry nice cream ingredients in a blender until smooth and creamy.
Layer the soaked chia pudding and the blended nice cream to assemble the parfait.
