Fruity Chia Seed Pudding with Smoothie Layer
Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1/2 cup oatmilk
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
- 1/2 fresh banana
- some oatmilk
Preparation
Mix chia seeds with oatmilk in a bowl and let it thicken for at least 1 hour.
Make a smoothie using a blender with frozen blueberries, frozen raspberries, fresh banana, and some oatmilk.
Layer the smoothie on top of the chia pudding.
Add your favorite toppings, such as nutty granola, cacao nibs, and raw buckwheat.
