Vibrant Blue Smoothie Parfait

Ingredients

Smoothie

  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 0.5 dl frozen pineapple
  • 1 tsp blue spirulina powder
  • A splash of oatmilk

Chia seed pudding

  • 0.5 dl chia seeds
  • 1.5-2 dl oatmilk

Preparation

  1. Blend the smoothie ingredients until smooth.

  2. Mix the chia seeds with oatmilk and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes until thickened.

  3. Assemble the parfait by layering the chia pudding and smoothie in serving glasses.
