Pink Smoothie Parfaits with Chia Seed Pudding

Smoothie
- 2 frozen bananas
- 2 tsp pink pitaya powder
- A splash of oatmilk
Chia seed pudding
- 0.25 dl chia seeds
- 1 dl oatmilk
Preparation
Blend the smoothie ingredients in a food processor
Mix the chia seed pudding ingredients in a bowl and let it sit in the fridge for 20 minutes before eating
