Pink Smoothie Parfaits with Chia Seed Pudding

Ingredients

Smoothie

  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 2 tsp pink pitaya powder
  • A splash of oatmilk

Chia seed pudding

  • 0.25 dl chia seeds
  • 1 dl oatmilk

Preparation

  1. Blend the smoothie ingredients in a food processor

  2. Mix the chia seed pudding ingredients in a bowl and let it sit in the fridge for 20 minutes before eating
