Spinach Maple Oatmeal Breakfast Dish

Ingredients

  • over half a pack spinach
  • 1/2 cup plant-based milk
  • maple syrup to taste
  • 1/2-1 cup oats
  • 1/2-1.5 cup water or additional milk

  • hazelnut butter cups

  • blueberries
  • vanilla coconut yogurt

Preparation

  1. Blend the plant-based milk, maple syrup, and spinach until smooth.

  2. In a pan, combine the oats with the blended mixture and 1/2-1.5 cups of water or milk, ensuring total liquid is double the amount of oats, then heat and simmer until the oats are thickened and cooked.

  3. Add desired toppings such as hazelnut butter cups, strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, and vanilla coconut yogurt.
