The Best Oatmeal Bowl Ever

Ingredients

  • 1 cup oats
  • 1.5 cups water
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 banana
  • peanut butter
  • nuts
  • coconut
  • maple syrup
  • 1/3 cup soymilk

Preparation

  1. Boil 1 cup oats with 1.5 cups water and about 1/2 tsp cinnamon.

  2. Once cooked, transfer the oatmeal to a bowl and refrigerate to cool.

  3. While the oatmeal is cooling, slice a banana.

  4. Gather peanut butter, nuts, coconut, maple syrup, and soymilk.

  5. Add all the toppings to the cooled oatmeal.

  6. Pour about 1/3 cup soymilk over the mixture and stir to combine.

  7. Enjoy the oatmeal bowl immediately.

  8. Note: It tastes better with dates if available, though they are optional.
