The Best Oatmeal Bowl Ever
Ingredients
- 1 cup oats
- 1.5 cups water
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 banana
- peanut butter
- nuts
- coconut
- maple syrup
- 1/3 cup soymilk
Preparation
Boil 1 cup oats with 1.5 cups water and about 1/2 tsp cinnamon.
Once cooked, transfer the oatmeal to a bowl and refrigerate to cool.
While the oatmeal is cooling, slice a banana.
Gather peanut butter, nuts, coconut, maple syrup, and soymilk.
Add all the toppings to the cooled oatmeal.
Pour about 1/3 cup soymilk over the mixture and stir to combine.
Enjoy the oatmeal bowl immediately.
Note: It tastes better with dates if available, though they are optional.
