Berry Oatmeal Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients

  • 50 grams oats
  • 50 grams frozen raspberries or blueberries
  • 200 ml oat milk
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1/2 banana
  • Fresh berries
  • Shredded coconut

Optional add-ins

  • Cacao nibs

Preparation

  1. Cook the oatmeal and oat milk in a saucepan on medium-high heat until soft and creamy.

  2. During cooking, add the frozen berries and maple syrup and stir until the berries are melted and well combined.

  3. When the desired texture is achieved, add the banana, fresh berries, shredded coconut, and cacao nibs.

  4. Serve the breakfast bowl
