Coconut Milk Oatmeal with Toppings

Ingredients

  • 200 ml coconut milk
  • 100 ml water
  • 4 tablespoons of oats
  • 1 teaspoon of flax seeds
  • a dash of cinnamon

Toppings

  • red berries
  • pomegranate seeds
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 tablespoon of peanut butter
  • mini oreo
  • some quinoa puffs

Preparation

  1. Combine coconut milk, water, oats, flax seeds, and cinnamon in a saucepan

  2. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until oats are soft and mixture thickens, about 5-10 minutes

  3. Remove from heat and top with red berries, pomegranate seeds, banana, peanut butter, mini oreo, and quinoa puffs

  4. Serve immediately
