Coconut Milk Oatmeal with Toppings
Ingredients
- 200 ml coconut milk
- 100 ml water
- 4 tablespoons of oats
- 1 teaspoon of flax seeds
- a dash of cinnamon
Toppings
- red berries
- pomegranate seeds
- 1/2 banana
- 1 tablespoon of peanut butter
- mini oreo
- some quinoa puffs
Preparation
Combine coconut milk, water, oats, flax seeds, and cinnamon in a saucepan
Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until oats are soft and mixture thickens, about 5-10 minutes
Remove from heat and top with red berries, pomegranate seeds, banana, peanut butter, mini oreo, and quinoa puffs
Serve immediately
