Oatmeal Breakfast with Assorted Toppings

Ingredients

  • 200 ml coconut milk
  • 100 ml water
  • 5 tablespoons oats
  • 1 teaspoon flax seeds
  • a dash of cinnamon

Toppings

  • peanut butter
  • 1 mandarin
  • warm raspberries
  • mulberries
  • oreo
  • kruidnoten
  • vegan white chocolate
  • quinoa puffs

Preparation

  1. Combine coconut milk, water, oats, flax seeds, and cinnamon in a saucepan and bring to a boil over medium heat, then simmer until oats are soft, about 5-10 minutes

  2. Prepare toppings by peeling and segmenting the mandarin, and warming raspberries if desired

  3. Serve the cooked oatmeal in a bowl and add the toppings: peanut butter, mandarin segments, warm raspberries, mulberries, oreo, kruidnoten, vegan white chocolate, and quinoa puffs
