Oatmeal Breakfast with Assorted Toppings
Ingredients
- 200 ml coconut milk
- 100 ml water
- 5 tablespoons oats
- 1 teaspoon flax seeds
- a dash of cinnamon
Toppings
- peanut butter
- 1 mandarin
- warm raspberries
- mulberries
- oreo
- kruidnoten
- vegan white chocolate
- quinoa puffs
Preparation
Combine coconut milk, water, oats, flax seeds, and cinnamon in a saucepan and bring to a boil over medium heat, then simmer until oats are soft, about 5-10 minutes
Prepare toppings by peeling and segmenting the mandarin, and warming raspberries if desired
Serve the cooked oatmeal in a bowl and add the toppings: peanut butter, mandarin segments, warm raspberries, mulberries, oreo, kruidnoten, vegan white chocolate, and quinoa puffs
