Festive Christmas Oatmeal Breakfast Bowl
Ingredients
- 300 ml almond milk
- 6 tablespoons oats
- 1 teaspoon flax seeds
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- a dash of cinnamon
Toppings
- warm cranberries
- roasted coconut
- mulberries
- peanut butter
- quinoa puffs
Preparation
Combine the almond milk, oats, flax seeds, chia seeds, and cinnamon in a saucepan
Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the oats are soft and creamy, about 5-10 minutes
Warm the cranberries if they are not already warm
Serve the oatmeal topped with the cranberries, roasted coconut, mulberries, peanut butter, and quinoa puffs
