Festive Christmas Oatmeal Breakfast Bowl

Ingredients

  • 300 ml almond milk
  • 6 tablespoons oats
  • 1 teaspoon flax seeds
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • a dash of cinnamon

Toppings

  • warm cranberries
  • roasted coconut
  • mulberries
  • peanut butter
  • quinoa puffs

Preparation

  1. Combine the almond milk, oats, flax seeds, chia seeds, and cinnamon in a saucepan

  2. Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the oats are soft and creamy, about 5-10 minutes

  3. Warm the cranberries if they are not already warm

  4. Serve the oatmeal topped with the cranberries, roasted coconut, mulberries, peanut butter, and quinoa puffs
