Vanilla Oatmeal with Melting Chocolate and Red Berries
Ingredients
- 0.5 cup (125 ml) coconut or almond milk
- 0.5 cup (125 ml) water
- 3/4 cup (175 ml) oats (I use glutenfree thick/old-fashioned)
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- Dash of vanilla
- Dash of salt
Toppings
- strawberries
- raspberries
- a few squares of your fav chocolate (I used @galerieauchocolat dark chocolate)
- quinoa puffs (I used @gogoquinoa)
Preparation
Put all ingredients except toppings in a pot and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer for 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until desired creaminess is reached.
Pour the oatmeal into a bowl and immediately add the chocolate squares to let them melt.
