Vanilla Coconut Oatmeal with Berries and Chocolate
Ingredients
- 0.5 cup coconut milk
- 0.5 cup water
- 3/4 cup oats
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- Dash of vanilla
- Dash of salt
Toppings
- strawberries
- raspberries
- a few squares of your favorite chocolate
- quinoa puffs
Preparation
Put all ingredients except toppings in a pot and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer for 3-5 minutes until desired creaminess, stirring occasionally.
Pour the oatmeal into a bowl.
Add the chocolate squares immediately to let them melt.
Top with strawberries, raspberries, and quinoa puffs.
