Blueberry Tahini and Chocolate Oatmeal

Ingredients

  • 1 cup plant milk
  • 3/4 cup oats
  • 1 tbsp cacao
  • 1 tbsp tahini
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • Dash of vanilla
  • Dash of salt

Toppings

  • drizzle of tahini
  • blueberries and blackberries
  • a few squares of favorite chocolate
  • quinoa puffs

Preparation

  1. Put plant milk, oats, cacao, and salt in a pot and bring to a boil.

  2. Reduce heat and simmer for 3-5 minutes until desired creaminess, stirring occasionally.

  3. Remove from heat and stir in tahini, vanilla, and maple syrup.

  4. Pour the oatmeal into a bowl and top with berries, tahini, and chocolate shavings.
