Blueberry Tahini and Chocolate Oatmeal
Ingredients
- 1 cup plant milk
- 3/4 cup oats
- 1 tbsp cacao
- 1 tbsp tahini
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- Dash of vanilla
- Dash of salt
Toppings
- drizzle of tahini
- blueberries and blackberries
- a few squares of favorite chocolate
- quinoa puffs
Preparation
Put plant milk, oats, cacao, and salt in a pot and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer for 3-5 minutes until desired creaminess, stirring occasionally.
Remove from heat and stir in tahini, vanilla, and maple syrup.
Pour the oatmeal into a bowl and top with berries, tahini, and chocolate shavings.
