Chocolate Protein Oats Porridge with Banana and Berries

Ingredients

  • 60-70g oats
  • 30g chocolate flavored protein powder
  • 1 tsp ground flax seed
  • 250ml plant milk or water
  • optional: 2 tbsp cacao
  • sweetener of choice

Preparation

  1. Mix all ingredients in a pot.

  2. Heat while stirring regularly until desired consistency is achieved.

  3. Let it sit to thicken if needed.

  4. Top with coconut chips, caramelized banana, tigernut chocolate cream, chocolate covered berries, puffed quinoa, or filled chocolate, and enjoy.
