Carrot Cake Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- 2/3 cup oats
- 1 cup plant milk
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- A few tbsp grated carrot
- Spices: cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, cardamom
- Handful chopped walnuts
- Sweetener of choice
Preparation
Mix all the ingredients together and let it sit overnight.
The next day, take it out of the fridge and serve with your favorite toppings.
For example, serve with carrot ice cream, a drizzle of homemade brazilnut butter, and more walnuts.
