Golden Oats Overnight Breakfast Bowl
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup quick oats
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 2/3 cup plant milk
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/3 mashed ripe banana
- 1/2 finely grated carrot
- 3 tbsp yogurt of choice
Preparation
Mix all ingredients and store in fridge overnight.
For the topping, cut banana in two halves and fry on medium heat with some coconut oil for 5-7 minutes.
Top the oats with caramelized banana, granola, cinnamon, a nut butter swirl, and bee pollen.
