Ingredients
- 60-70g oats
- 30g protein powder (chocolate flavor)
- 1 tsp ground flax seed
- 250ml plant milk or water
- optional: 2 tbsp cacao
- sweetener of choice
Preparation
Mix all ingredients in a pot and heat while stirring until desired consistency is reached.
Allow the mixture to sit for a bit to thicken.
Top with desired toppings such as caramelized banana, peanut butter, chocolate chips, puffed quinoa, and protein cookie pieces.
