Blueberry Tahini Chocolate Oatmeal

Ingredients

  • 1 cup / 250 ml plant milk
  • 3/4 cup (175 ml) oats
  • 1 tbsp cacao
  • 1 tbsp tahini
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • Dash of vanilla
  • Dash of salt

Toppings

  • drizzle of tahini
  • blueberries and blackberries
  • a few squares of your favorite chocolate
  • quinoa puffs

Preparation

  1. Put plant milk, oats, cacao and salt in a pot and bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 3-5 minutes until you reach the creaminess you like.

  2. Stir occasionally.

  3. Take the pot off the heat and stir in tahini, vanilla and maple syrup.

  4. Pour the oatmeal into your bowl.

  5. Top with berries, tahini and chocolate shavings.
