Vegan Caramel Protein Pudding Oats

Ingredients

  • 70g oats
  • 1 tsp ground flaxseed
  • ~300 ml water
  • 2 big scoops caramel protein pudding powder

Preparation

  1. Heat up the oats together with the water and flaxseed until it thickens.

  2. Add the pudding powder and mix well.

  3. Serve with toppings of your choice, such as banana, blueberries, or others.

  4. Note: You can also use 30g protein powder as an alternative.
