Hazelnut Caramel Protein Oats Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 60g oats
  • 20g ground hazelnuts
  • 1 tsp ground flaxseed
  • approximately 200 ml water
  • 100 ml plant milk
  • 2 scoops (about 30g) caramel flavored protein pudding powder or 30g protein powder

Toppings

  • banana
  • coconut almond butter
  • caramel coconut chips
  • strawberries
  • crispy hazelnut waffles
  • puffed quinoa
  • dark chocolate

Preparation

  1. Heat the oats, ground hazelnuts, ground flaxseed, approximately 200 ml water, and 100 ml plant milk together until it thickens slightly.

  2. Add the 2 scoops of caramel flavored protein pudding powder or 30g protein powder and mix well.

  3. Serve with toppings of your choice, such as banana, coconut almond butter, caramel coconut chips, strawberries, crispy hazelnut waffles, puffed quinoa, and dark chocolate.
