Creamy Almond Yoghurt Oats Porridge

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 2 heaped tbsp almond yoghurt
  • 1 date
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 cup plant-based milk

Toppings

  • additional almond yoghurt
  • almond butter
  • raspberries
  • remaining 1/2 banana
  • pecans
  • dark chocolate chunk

Preparation

  1. Finely slice one date and mash half a banana.

  2. In a bowl, combine the oats, cinnamon powder, almond yoghurt, sliced date, and mashed banana.

  3. Cover the mixture with plant-based milk and stir well.

  4. Either leave to soak or cook slowly, stirring regularly until desired consistency is reached.

  5. Top with additional almond yoghurt, almond butter, raspberries, the remaining banana, pecans, and a chunk of dark chocolate.
